Where Premier Windshield goes
Our core service area runs along the Expressway 83 corridor from Mission through McAllen to Pharr, and north up 281 into Edinburg. Those four cities are where the bulk of our work happens and where we can usually get to you same or next day.
We also cover a good deal of the surrounding mid-Valley, and we take fleet work further out where it makes sense to schedule a proper visit. Rather than publish a map that pretends to be precise, the honest answer is to call and tell us where the vehicle is. If we cannot get to you, we will say so instead of leaving you waiting.
- Core area: McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Pharr
- Surrounding mid-Valley covered regularly
- Fleet visits scheduled further out
- Same or next day for most chip repairs
- No call-out fee inside the core area

Our main service areas
Each of these has its own page with local detail on the roads and conditions that damage windshields there.
McAllen
The Expressway 83 corridor, 10th Street, Ware Road, and the airport area. Our busiest city.
Edinburg
Highway 281, UTRGV, the county buildings, and the growing north and east developments.
Mission
Mission, Sharyland, and out along the farm roads toward Anzalduas and the groves.
Pharr
Cage Boulevard, US-281, and the warehouse and fleet yards around the international bridge.
Fleet Yards
Commercial fleets anywhere in the mid-Valley, scheduled so vehicles never leave your property.
Somewhere Else?
Call and ask. We cover more of the Valley than these four cities and we will tell you honestly if you are out of range.
How to book us, wherever you are
Text a Photo
Send the damage to (956) 636-8300 along with your location. You get an answer and a price before anyone drives.
Confirm the Spot
Tell us exactly where the vehicle will be parked. Level ground and a bit of shade help, though we work in Valley sun daily.
We Come Out
Monday to Friday 8 to 6, Saturday mornings by appointment. We bring everything with us.
Done On Site
Most chip repairs take about 30 minutes and you can drive straight afterwards. Replacements need cure time and we will tell you how long.
Being mobile is the whole point
A shop-based glass company needs you to come to them, which means arranging a lift, taking time off, or leaving the vehicle overnight. Every one of those is a reason people put off a repair — and a chip that gets put off through a Valley summer usually stops being repairable.
Removing the trip removes the excuse. That is why we have run this way for 15 years and why so much of our work now comes from repeat customers and referrals rather than advertising.
- No trip, no time off work, no waiting room
- Chips get fixed while they are still cheap
- Same technicians across the whole Valley
- 15 years covering the same roads

Questions about where we go
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not inside our core area of McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and Pharr. The price we quote on the phone is the price you pay. Further out, we will tell you up front if there is any difference rather than surprising you.
Do you go outside these four cities?
Often, yes — we cover a good deal of the surrounding mid-Valley. Rather than list every town and get it wrong, call and tell us where you are. If it is too far for a single chip repair we will say so, and for fleet work we travel further.
Can you come to a job site?
Yes, and we do it constantly. We need the vehicle stationary and somewhere reasonably level. On dusty caliche sites we take extra care keeping the break clean, because dust in a chip stops the resin bonding properly.
How quickly can you get to me?
Usually same or next day for chip repairs anywhere in the core area. Replacements depend on getting the correct glass in first. We will give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.
Got a rock chip? We come to you.
Most chips take under 30 minutes and we do it in your driveway or your work parking lot. Call or text and we’ll tell you straight whether it can be repaired or needs replacing.
