Fifteen years doing one thing well
Premier Windshield has been repairing and replacing auto glass across the Rio Grande Valley for 15 years. In that time we have stayed deliberately narrow: auto glass, done mobile, done properly. We have not branched into general auto repair and we have not opened a storefront, because neither would make the work better.
What we have built instead is a reputation that mostly does our advertising for us. A large share of the vehicles we work on now belong to people we have already looked after, or to someone they sent. In a trade with a lot of churn and a lot of out-of-town crews, being the company that is still answering the same phone number in five years turns out to matter.
- 15 years serving the Rio Grande Valley
- 100% mobile — we have never had a shop
- Fully insured technicians
- Residential and commercial customers
- Affordable out-of-pocket pricing
We will tell you when you do not need us
What you can expect from us
None of this is complicated. Most of it is just doing what we said we would do, at the time we said we would do it.
We Come to You
Home, workplace, job site, or fleet yard. Every job we do is mobile and always has been.
A Straight Answer
Repair or replace, and why. If we think a repair is a coin toss we will tell you it is a coin toss.
On Time
If we say a time, we turn up at it. Our customers mention this more than anything else in their reviews.
Clear Pricing Up Front
You get a firm price before we start. Most customers pay out of pocket; we bill insurers when you prefer.
Fully Insured
Insured technicians working on your vehicle, at your property, with the cover that should come as standard.
Price Up Front
You get the number before we drive out, not after the work is done. No surprises at the end.
The things we will not cut corners on
Proper Preparation
Chips get cleaned and vacuumed before resin goes anywhere near them. Dirt in a break is why cheap repairs fail.
The Right Materials
Automotive-grade urethane and quality glass. There are cheaper products on the market and we do not fit them.
Full Cure Time
We tell you the safe drive-away time and we do not shorten it to fit the schedule. That bond is structural.
Honest Assessment
If your vehicle needs something we do not offer — ADAS camera calibration, for instance — we tell you before we start, not after.
Why we never opened a shop
Auto glass does not need a workshop. It needs a trained technician, the right equipment, and a vehicle that stays still long enough. All three of those fit in a van, which means the one thing a shop actually adds is the requirement that you drive to it.
That requirement is not neutral. It is the reason chips get put off — nobody wants to burn a morning and arrange a lift over a mark the size of a dime. Then it sits through a Valley summer, runs into a crack, and what would have been a half-hour repair becomes a replacement. Taking the trip out of the equation is the single most useful thing we do, and it is why we have never seriously considered doing it any other way.
- No trip, no time off work, no waiting room
- Chips get repaired while they are still cheap
- We work around your day rather than the other way round
- Same approach for 15 years

Questions people ask about the company
How long have you been in business?
15 years across the Rio Grande Valley, working the same core area of McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and Pharr the whole time.
Are you insured?
Yes. Our technicians are insured, which matters when someone is working on your vehicle at your home or your business premises. Ask and we will confirm the details.
Do you work on commercial vehicles and fleets?
We do, and it is a significant part of our work — particularly around the Pharr bridge corridor. We come to your yard, work through the vehicles on site, and invoice the visit as one bill with each vehicle itemised.
Do you offer ADAS calibration?
Not in house, and we would rather say so plainly. Many newer vehicles have a forward-facing camera behind the windshield that needs recalibrating after a replacement. If yours does, we identify it before starting so you know the real total cost and can arrange it.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturdays 8:00am to 12:00pm by appointment only. Call or text (956) 636-8300 any time and we will get back to you.
Fifteen years, still the same number.
Call or text (956) 636-8300 and you’ll get a straight answer about your glass — repair, replace, or leave it alone. No pressure either way.
