A vehicle at a glass shop is a vehicle not earning
For a business, the real cost of a cracked windshield is almost never the glass. It is the half day a driver spends sitting in someone’s waiting room, the route that does not get run, the job that gets pushed to tomorrow, and the second employee who has to go and collect them.
Because every job we do is mobile, none of that happens. We come to your yard, your lot, or wherever the vehicles park overnight, and we work through them there. For fleets the sensible arrangement is usually a standing visit — we come out on a schedule, catch the chips before they become cracks, and your vehicles never leave the property.
- No vehicle downtime and no driver waiting around
- We work at your yard, lot, or job site
- Multiple vehicles handled in a single visit
- Chips caught early, before they become replacements
- One invoice covering the whole visit
Chip repair is the cheapest fleet maintenance there is
Commercial vehicles we work on
If it has glass and it is parked somewhere in the mid-Valley, we can generally get to it.
Work Trucks & Pickups
Construction, oilfield, agriculture, and trades vehicles — the ones taking rock every single day on caliche roads.
Service & Delivery Vans
High-mileage vans that live on Expressway 281 and pick up chips faster than anything else in a fleet.
Company Cars
Sales fleets and pool vehicles, repaired at the office car park while staff are inside working.
Agricultural Equipment
Valley farm and packing operations run vehicles that rarely leave the property. We come to them.
Property & Facilities Fleets
Apartment complexes, hotels, and management companies with maintenance vehicles on site.
Municipal & Institutional
School districts, clinics, and public sector fleets, handled on a scheduled basis with proper invoicing.
Setting up a fleet account
Tell Us About the Fleet
How many vehicles, what types, and where they park. That is usually all we need to give you sensible pricing.
We Come and Survey
We walk the yard, note every chip and crack, and give you a written list of what needs doing and what can wait.
Agree a Schedule
Some fleets want us monthly, some quarterly, some only when something breaks. We fit around how you actually operate.
One Invoice per Visit
We work through the vehicles on site and bill the visit as one invoice, with each vehicle itemised for your records.
Why catching chips early pays for itself
Run the numbers on a ten-vehicle fleet in the Rio Grande Valley. Those vehicles will collectively pick up chips constantly — highway gravel, caliche yards, and construction traffic guarantee it. Left alone through one Valley summer of thermal cycling, a meaningful share of those chips turn into cracks that can no longer be repaired.
A chip repair is inexpensive and takes half an hour with the vehicle where it already sits. The replacement it becomes costs many times more, takes the vehicle out of service for cure time, and often involves a deductible. The maths on scheduled chip repair is not close, and it is the single clearest argument for a standing fleet visit.
- Repairs cost a fraction of replacements
- No downtime, because we come to the vehicles
- Fewer insurance claims filed against your policy
- Itemised invoicing for your maintenance records

Questions from business customers
How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?
There is no hard minimum. If you have a handful of vehicles parked in one place, it already makes more sense for us to come to you than for each driver to go somewhere separately. Call and tell us what you run.
Can you work outside business hours?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, with Saturday mornings by appointment. For fleets where vehicles are only stationary at particular times, talk to us — if the vehicles are on the yard and accessible, we will work out something that fits.
Do you invoice businesses on account?
Yes. Fleet visits are invoiced per visit with each vehicle itemised, so it drops straight into your maintenance records. Talk to us about terms when we set the account up.
What if some vehicles need replacement rather than repair?
We will flag those separately in the survey with a clear price, so you can decide what gets done now and what waits. Replacements need cure time before the vehicle is safe to drive, so for fleets we usually schedule those for end of day or overnight.
Do fleets pay out of pocket or claim it?
Most fleet work is billed straight to the business at our standard affordable rates — it is simpler than a claim per vehicle and it keeps your loss history clean. We invoice the visit with each vehicle itemised.
We do bill commercial insurers directly when you want that. Commercial policies vary more than personal ones, so it is worth a conversation about how yours is structured first.
